He is survived by: his children, Brian Jr. (Kristy), Jason (Amanda) and Nicole Gorski (Jon); his sister Patrice Smith (Bert); his fiancée Kathy Bishop; and his stepchildren, John and Christine. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
