She was predeceased by: her husband Charles C. Seyfert, Jr.; her parents, Lloyd Mentzer and Mary Mentzer (Cool); and her brothers, Ronald and Kenneth Mentzer.

She is survived by: her son Keith Heilman; and her siblings, Dennis Mentzer, Constance Smith, Sandra Steel and Arlene Parker.
