She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard E. "Wally" Walmer; her parents, Paul Blackford and Lillian Blackford (Kite); her stepsons, David Walmer and Pete "Dale" Walmer; and her sisters, Gladys Albert and Emma Ruth Huntsinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy E. Mitchell; and her grandson Christopher D. Mitchell.
