He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Hollinger and Agnes Hollinger (Reilly); and his brother Donald Hollinger. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Hollinger (Keller); his son Jeffrey A. Hollinger (Rhonda S.); his grandson Derek A. Hollinger; and his sister Patricia Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
