He was predeceased by: his former wife Amparo Martinez Fernandez. He is survived by: his former wife Amparo Fernandez Foyo; his stepchildren, Ben Jr. and Ana; and his wife Antonia Deraco (Toni). He is also survived by his three children, five grandchildren, two great granddaughters and all his stepchildren.
