It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice C. Penn of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles V. Harter and Anna Werth Harter; her husband John W. Penn, Jr.; and her siblings, Paul W. Harter, Margaret Harter Eggert and Christine Harter Bixler.
She is survived by: her sons, William T. (Virginia) of Bedford, VA, Joseph F. (Linda) of Chambersburg, PA and John C. (Ella) of Palmyra, PA.; and her grandson Kevin T. Penn.
