He was predeceased by: his father Jose Salazar. He is survived by: his wife Antonia Salazar; his mother Saturnina Acosta; his children, Ariel Salazar and Andres Guadalupe Salazar; and his siblings, Pancho, Luis, Merce, Jorge and Lepy.
