With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antoinette Forte in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2020 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Andrew; her child Andrea Mella; her son-in-law John Mella; her granddaughters, Christine Costantino and Lisa Jichetti; and her great grandchildren, Valerie, Vincent Orsino, Andrew and Christopher Jichetti.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions imposed upon us, masks must be worn when entering and when inside the Funeral Home.
