He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kim M. Powell (Stoudt); his parents, Phyllis M. Powell (Leiss) and Frederick S. Powell; his children, Allen J. Powell II (Jen Powell) and Mandy L. (Todd Allen); his grandchildren, Kiersten L. Powell, Jacob T. Powell and Allison J. Allen; and his brothers, Keith F. Powell and Paul W. Powell.
