He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Pearl Putt (Fox); his parents, Charles Putt and Emma Putt (Obenstine); and his son Jay Putt. He is survived by: his children, Jack Putt and Jere Putt (Joan); his grandchildren, Janell Mader, Jacy Butcher, Jackie and Jade Putt; and his great grandchildren, Camryn, Cayleigh Shaak, Emma Mader, Isabella, Abigail, Evie Butcher, Bryana Echternach, Bryn, Bryly and Bryelle Burrows.
