He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Wagner and Catherine Wagner; his wife Joyce A. Wagner; and his siblings, Elva Boughter, John Wagner, Paul Wagner and Richard Wagner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Wagner (Carole) and Mary Troxell; and his daughter Judy Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
