He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Fernsler and Elizabeth Fernsler (Herr). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette A. Fernsler (Nash); his sons, Adam A. Fernsler, III (Laura) and Mitchell K. Fernsler; his grandson Marc; his great grandchild Lena; his stepchildren, Philip, James, Joseph Rupponer, Bernadette Benninghoff and Colette Rivera; and his sister Esther Martin. He is also survived by 14 step-grandchildren; 11 step-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Adam's name may be made to St. Mary's Church, 2 North 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17046.
