He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Frances Kinnier; his foster mother McGinthy; his sister Marie Waldrop; and his brother-in-law David Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Kinnier; his children, Michelle Ramey (Richard) of Lawton, PA, Marc Kinnier (Charlene) of Davenport, FL and Jennifer Kinnier of Carbondale, PA; his grandchildren, Christopher O'Brien of Lansdale, PA, Aaron O'Brien (Allison) of Springville, PA, Nicholas Ross of Carbondale, PA, Shelby Ross of Carbondale, PA and Brittany Smarkusky (Matt) of West Nicholson, PA; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Conner, Elliana O'Brien, Frankie Ross and Logan Smarkusky; and his close friends, Kevin Kennedy and Kenneth Visavati.
