He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dougan (Virginia) and Rita Harrison (Thomas); and his brother Randall. He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Dougan (Karl); his sons, Timothy Dougan and James R. Dougan; his stepson John L. Karl; and his siblings, Thomas Dougan, Daniel Dougan and Michael Dougan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201).
