He was predeceased by : his wife Mary "Eleanor" Pawlak (Franz); and his siblings, Thomas Pawlak, Francis Pawlak, Clara Amoroso (Joseph), William Prabucki and Frank Prabucki.

He is survived by : his daughters, Mary Eleanor Pawlak, Jacqueline Dorothy Scoglietti (late Fred) and Priscilla Leona Scherm (Don); his grandchildren, James Romano (Jessica), Michael Romano (Aeletha), Julianna Sheline (John) and Sarah Mertz (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Ariel, Austin, Kenzie, Lucy, Mason, Landon of Lexi, J. J., Mia, Beau, Ellie, Oliver and Elliott; and his siblings, Ann Ruszkowski (late Edward), Leonard Pawlak (late Dorothy), Raymond Pawlak (late Diana), Leona Cinciripini (Robert), Paul Pawlak and Marie Cortopassi (late John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
