She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph I. Jankowski; her parents, Ralph "Ben" O'Neill and Sarah "Sadie" O'Neill (Conley); and her brother Harry "Tom" O'Neill. She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. Jankowski (late Josephine "Josie"), John Jankowski (Stacy), Mark E. Jankowski (Diane) and Sarah A. Olkowski (John); her grandchildren, Joseph Michael Jankowski, Irene Ross (Brandon), Eric Jankowski, Alex Jankowski and Cara Olkowski; and her great grandchildren, Haley and Harper Jankowski. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Sally's name to Concordia Lutheran Ministries or Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
