He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Dzikowski (Miller); his son Daniel S. Dzikowski; his granddaughter Jessica Marie Dzikowski; and his sister Alice Dzikowski. He is survived by: his son Douglas N. Dzikowski (Tina); his grandson Matthew Dzikowski; his close friend Sandra Peck; his aunt Irene Clark; and his siblings, Ernest Dzikowski, Helen Jedrzejewski and Lucille Burzynski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
