She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Bugrin; her son Donnie; her parents, Henry Bell and Margaret Bell; her sister Mary Jane Brown; and her close friend Joanne Traub Cywinski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Cobain (Steve) and Joann Cantrell (Art); her daughter-in-law Connie Bugrin; her grandchildren, Matthew Cantrell (Kathy), Erin Cobain Swiecicki (Paul), Karen Miller (Greg), Colleen Gorden (John Paul), Bridget Albright (Jack), Adam Bugrin and Blake Bugrin; her great grandchildren, Hope, Noah, Evan, John Paul, Monica, Amelia and Catherine; her siblings-in-law, Dolly and Buddy Chismar; her friends, Rich Cywinski and Sandy; and also Chismar.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Peggy's name to UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation for Pediatric Cardiology.
