She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leon and Harriet Hudson Tilford; her husband Harry Welch Jr.; and her siblings, Archibald Tilford, Bernice Adams Jones, Constance Tilford, Mary Henderson, Ann Tilford and Hudson Tilford.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Welch (JoAnn) of Pine City, Ann Welch Wood of Elmira, James Welch (Mary Beth) of Austin, TX and Martha Clark of Corning; and her grandchildren, Brian Welch, Matthew Welch (Christine), Amy L. Welch (Amy K.), Dana Wood (Laura), Melissa Radcliffe (Greg), Warren Wood (Melody), Joshua Welch, Jenna Barelski (Mark), Nicolette Klinglesmith (Kenneth), Aaron Clark (Laura) and Jason Clark (Rene). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
