She was predeceased by: her husband Roman S. Chawryluk. She is survived by: her stepchildren, John Chawryluk (Karen), Ursula Sumic (Paul "Joe"), Andrew Chawryluk and Maria B. Jaquay. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; also survived by nieces and nephews.
