She is survived by: her children, Charles Schoffstall (Sandra) and Jane Trout; her stepchildren, Donna Barrett, Deedee Barrett, Dennis Barrett and David Barrett; her grandchildren, Sandra, Sharon, Charles, Jason and Andy; her great grandchildren, Rachel, Cody, Jessica, Matthew and Cameron; her sibling George Moffat; and her parent Grace Moffat.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital.
