He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Caiaccia and Emily Caiaccia (Szymanski); his brothers, John A. Caiaccia and Michael J. Caiaccia; and his niece Stacie L. Caiaccia.
He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Caiaccia (Grabowski); his close friend Jesse Ann; his children, Jarod Grabowski and Bryanna Balestra (Nick); his sister Nancy A. Lamanna; his nieces and nephews, Jamie B. Lamanna (Craig A. Stack) and Michael J. Caiaccia (Mary); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Layton, Joel, Caleb, Moriah and Melody.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Church (57 21st St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222).
