She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Orr and Alice Orr (Buck); her husband Charles Middaugh; and her siblings, Ronald, Johnny Orr, Lorraine Spiak and Marilyn Hugg.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Tim" Middaugh of Elkland, PA, Melvin "Dean" Middaugh of Mansfield, PA and Stephen "Gene" Middaugh (Barbara) of Lawrenceville, PA; her grandchildren, Amber Croft, Jessica Watts and Nathan Hilfiger; her great grandchildren, Blake Schneider, Izaiah Croft and Elliot Watts; her sister Peggy (Jerry) of Big Pond, NY; and her sister-in-law Kathy Orr of Wellsburg, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
