He is survived by: his children, Kurt, Heather Kwasnicka (Chandler), Walt and Megan Monstwil (Chandler); his grandchildren, Noah and Alina Monstwil; his sister Sally Chandler; and his parents-in-law, Jim, Barbara Wallace, Mike, Jan Vieyra (Wallace), Joe and Donna Pacchioni (Wallace).
