He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Michalovicz and Andrew Michalovicz; and his brother Joey Michalovicz. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wargo Michalovicz; his children, Tara Michalovicz Puskas (Damon Zappa) and Dr. Ryan Michalovicz (Marie Shriver); his grandchildren, Aidan and Delaney Puskas; and his siblings, Andrew Michalovicz (Rosemary), David Michalovicz (Linda) and Maryann Michalovicz Grippi (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Foundation in honor of his mother.
