She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Charles Warth and Inez Lenore Ruckman Warth; her husband William Louis Kenzleiter; her daughter Lori Lyn Kenzleiter Zilla; and her siblings, Orabelle Mellars, Norman and Bob Warth.

She is survived by: her daughters, Georgiana, Loy of Lawrence and Joanne Kenzleiter (Bruce Blandino) of Peters Township; her grandsons, Gary J. Thomas, Jr., Adam K. Blandino (Rachel) of Tampa and Andrew W. Blandino of Pittsburgh, PA.; her son-in-law Joseph Zilla of Peters Township; and her siblings, Marilyn Beckenger of Washington, PA, Carol Sue Blayney of Canonsburg and Donald Warth (Judy) of Cumming.
