It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Feeney Hughes of Lawrence Park, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Feeney; her brother Michael Feeney; and her father-in-law Edward P. "Bud" Hughes, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Ann Feeney (Markley); her husband Edward P. "Bud" Hughes, Jr.; her son John D. Hughes; her granddaughter Madi Hughes; her siblings, Larry Feeney, James Feeney, Ann Bork (Dave), Timothy Feeney (Cheryl), Margaret Bigley and Sue Richter (Jeff); her mother-in-law Mary Ann Hughes; and her siblings-in-law, Lee Hughes, Katie Hughes, Tim Hughes (Cindy) and Karl Hughes. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
