He is survived by: his parents, Jack Clark and Jaqueline Clark (Fuller) of Wesleyville; his wife Beth Clark (Vanderhoof); his sons, Brady Clark (Ashley Coulson) and Jacob Clark; his stepchildren, Matt, Jeff (Amber), Anthony Crouch (Jen), Christina Lafferty (Chris Perry) and Eric Lafferty; and his sister April. He is also survived by married November 29, 2004; parents, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
