He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Connelly and Victoria Connelly. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hornyak Connelly; his children, Matt Kuffer (Cheryl), Mark Connelly (John Carr) and Kelsey Connelly (Joseph Conde); his sister Ann Marie Conti (Joseph); his grandchildren, Victoria, Madison and Charlotte Kuffer; and his pet Benny. He is also survived by nephew, a niece and many cousins.
