In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Westley (Rader); and his parents, William H. Westley and Virginia Westley (Hill). He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Westley Jr. and Lori L. Westley; and his granddaughter Kimberly.
