She is survived by: her husband Jose Manuel Hernandez; her children, Teresa Mae Hernandez (Jose Munoz-Rivera) of Reading and Michael Hernandez (Jessenia Caicedo) of Mohnton; and her grandchildren, Jose A. Munoz, Cali Munoz, Ariella Munoz, Jazel Hernandez, Michael Hernandez, Jr., Mariah Hernandez, Aralees Alicea and David Alicea.
