She was predeceased by: her husband Valentin Jazuk; and her parents, George Alan Schwambach, Sr. and Rose Marie Schwambach Weitzel (Marullo). She is survived by: her children, Valerie L. Jazuk of Shoemakersville, Tiffany A. (Michael T. Breniser) of Youngstown, NY and Ronald A. Czarnecki Gibson of Reading; her grandchildren, Grayson Weidman, Gabrielle Breniser, Emily Breniser, Cheyenne Gibson and Nickolas Gibson; her great grandchildren, Dahlia and Jade Colon; her brother George A. Schwambach, Jr. (Linda); and her boyfriend Dominick J. Serrano.
