He was predeceased by: his former wife Mildred L. Keiper (Royal); his wife Mary Alice Keiper (Dietz); and his parents, Lemoine D. Keiper Sr. and Clara E. Keiper (Melcher). He is survived by: his children, Lemoine D. Keiper III (Sarah), Marilyn A. Ney (David) and Randy A. Miller (Rae); his sister Norma E. Buritsch; and his sister-in-law Betty R. Ruth. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
