He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Newpher and Katherine Newpher (Dell); and his siblings, Robert and Bonnie. He is survived by: his son Kevin L. (Penny A. Newpher) of Mount Penn; and his grandchildren, Brittany and Kyle Newpher.
