She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul O. Leibold and Roma M. Leibold (Layton); her husband Walter Sterling Palmer; and her siblings, Irma L. Finn, Lawrence O., Lloyd L., Raymond P. and Lester L. Leibold.

She is survived by: her brother Irvin H. Leibold (Linda); her son John Franklin Palmer; and her son-in-law Wayne C. Kepley. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
