He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fegley and Margaret Fegley (Rhoades); and his brother James Fegley. He is survived by: his spouse Lotus G. Fegley (Adams); his children, Stacy L. (Thomas Sauer), Exeter and Mark A. Fegley (Lisa); his grandchildren, Bristol Sauer, Alyssa Sauer, Trevor Fegley and Jacob Fegley; and his brothers, Robert Fegley (Sandra), Thomas Fegley (Debbie) and David Fegley (Debbie).
