He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Wise and Sandra Wise (Schafer). He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Wise of Sinking Spring and Jacob Wise of Ephrata; his brothers, Daniel Wise (Jen) of Wernersville, Dustin Wise of Mohnton and Daren Wise of Muhlenberg; and his nieces, Carley, Skylar, Devyn and Riley of Wernersville.
