He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J. Hess and Lulu M. Hess (Manmiller). He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn M. Kline (Barry L. Kline), Ronald P. Hess, Sr., Walter J. Hess (Jessie J.), Robert A. Hess (Kim) and Coeur. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
