He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Hatt and Dorothy Hatt (Katner). He is survived by: his former wife Gloria A. Hatt (Wagaman); his sons, David (Gina) of Reading and Kenneth C. Hatt (Jennifer Hatt); his grandchildren, Lauren and Ryan Hatt; his brothers, Harold D. (Elizabeth Hatt) of Fairfax, VA, Douglas (Marilyn Hatt) of Brecknock Twp and Frederick K.; and his wife Janice Hatt of Muhlenberg Twp.
