Barbara Ann Kurtyka Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Kurtyka (Laureldale, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore W. Kurtyka; her parents, Nazzareno Forlini and Catherine Forlini (Yetto); her daughter Leanne Kurtyka; her brother Anthony Forlini; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Leah Kurtyka.
She is survived by: her children, John T. (Christine Kurtyka), Elise A. (Vince Valeriano) of Kannapolis, NC and Lynda A. (Steven Drasher); her grandchildren, Vanessa, Kristi, Christopher and Matthew; and her siblings, Bernie, John and Henry Forlini. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
