She was predeceased by: her parent Harry E.; and her stepson Gerald Carbaugh, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Minnie Kauffman (Rider); her former husband Cloyd J.; her daughter Deborah M. Kauffman of Fayetteville, PA; her stepdaughter Judy Carbaugh of Jension, MI; and her child Erie Ave. She is also survived by grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
