We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2024, at the age of 69, Joel M. Howe of Laurel Run, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Howe; and his former wife Joann Howe (Demko). He is survived by: his sons, Robert Ashton (Kara), Dorrance, Paul Ashton, Jeffrey Ashton (Heather), Brian and Eric Ashton; and his fiancée Hazel Ockenhouse of Laurel Run, PA.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
Memorial donations if desired may be made to the charity of one's choice in Joel's name.
