He was predeceased by: his father John W. Miller. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth J. Miller (Earnest); his brothers, James W. Miller of Lauglintown, David A. Miller of New York, N. Y. and Brian E. Miller (Dianna) of Houston, Texas; and his nephews, Adam and Daniel Miller of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
