With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zane W. McDonald (Latrobe, Pennsylvania), born in Acme, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Angus McDonald and Betty McDonald (Wilkins); and his siblings, Edward Barnhart, Almeda Hixson and Beulah Von Barnhart.
He is survived by: his children, Linda A. Hatfield (John) of Wappingers Falls, NY and Jack B. McDonald (Elizabeth "Beth); his grandchildren, Heather Hatfield (Jeremy Pospisil), Sean Hatfield (Janna), Ryan Hatfield (Lauren), Kyle Hatfield (Megan) and Luke McDonald; and his great grandchildren, Julietta, Annaliese and Penelope.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Camp Sonrise Mountain, 490 Caney Valley Road, Markleysburg, PA, 15459.
