He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lemmon Overly and Sarah Lightcap Overly. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Preset Overly; his daughter Karen Preset Overly Frost (Darin); his grandchildren, Sarah Drennon (Judah), Jennifer Jones (Trevor) and Brian Sheehan; his son Mark Wylie Overly (Krissie); his grandchildren, Blake and Makenna; his son Frank Lamond Overly M. D. (Hannah); his grandchildren, Alexander, Zachary and Emma; his sister Mary Overly Mowry; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Preset Stephenson (Steve) and Carole Skoumal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
