He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. "Jack" Keltz and Kathryn A. Keltz (Karasack); and his mother-in-law Elaine Cawoski. He is survived by: his wife Kathi Keltz (Cawoski) of Latrobe; his daughters, Jessica L. Iscrupe of Connellsville and Jodi M. Keltz of Latrobe; his stepson Jesse Ezykowsky; his brother Robert C. Keltz (Kimberly) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Olivia, Richard Iscrupe and Reed Connors; his father-in-law Thomas F. Cawoski of Latrobe; his siblings-in-law, Thomas R. Cawoski of Squirrel Hill and Kristin A. Murray of Bordentown, NJ; and his pets, Bella and Zoey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
