She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Baker and Georgie E. Baker (Swaney); and her husband Jack E. Clark Jr. A. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelley Clark of Latrobe and Heather Ball (Bryan) of Greensburg; her brothers, Thomas R. Baker (Anita) of Latrobe and John W. Baker Jr. (Terrie) of West Virginia; and her grandchildren, Noah Clark, Blayz, Stryce Crusan, Jackson and Luke Ball. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
