She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Dale Moore and Amelia Moore (Nocchi). She is survived by: her husband Thomas R. Tustin of Latrobe; her son Chadd E. Slezak of Louisville, CO; her siblings, Kenneth L. Moore (Terri) of Greensburg, Lori D. Sadler of Madison, OH and Gail L. Moore of Greensburg; and her pets, Sophie and Katie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Action for Animals, P.O. Box 814, Latrobe, PA 15650.
