Lukac (Latrobe, Pennsylvania), born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lukac and Anna Lukac (Takoch); his brothers, John and William Lukach; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Lukach; and his niece Jeanette Miller.
He is survived by: his sister Eleanor Semans (Joseph) of Uniontown; his sister-in-law Betty Lukach of Uniontown; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Berkshire, Marlene Bandzuich, Barbara Atz, Susy Lukach, William Lukach, Raymond Lukach, Joseph Semans, James Semans and Dr. Thomas Semans.
