We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2022, at the age of 86, Theresa Dziak of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph T. Donnelly Sr. and Anna Marie Donnelly (Mykut); and her brothers, James and Joseph Donnelly. She is survived by: her husband Charles P. Dziak of Latrobe; her children, David Dziak (Carol), Sheryl Ann Dziak and Kim Jordan (Neil); her grandchildren, Jason Dziak (Amanda), Justin Dziak (Alison) and Dr. Nicole Jordan (Marcus); her great grandchildren, Reese, Wyatt and Austin; and her nephews, Patrick Donnelly and David Donnelly.
